Our Local Studies section covers all aspects of the Camden local area. Whether you’re looking for current events or items of historical significance we have information on Camden’s people and places including social, environmental and conservation issues, built and natural environments, local buildings, businesses and organisations, churches and schools.
Staff are available at Camden and Narellan libraries to assist with local studies questions.The local studies librarian is available Mondays and Tuesdays for research assistance in the Local Studies room at Camden Library. Camden Voices Online is a website containing audio extracts of oral histories by local people. Full interviews are now available for loan from the Camden Library audiobook collection.You can add your own memories to our weblog.
